The TV service offered in all of my homes is Xfinity Preferred stacked on top of Basic and Premium and Sports channels.  I have listed those that I believe are most important to you.  Once you have signed up to rent one of my homes, I will create an account (or more if needed) that will allow you to control your TV/s from the Xfinity website, program your DVR from the Xfinity website and watch shows and movies on your laptop.  It is through this interface that you will become familiar with the large quantity of media that is available to you.  I feel that it is most important that you are able to use this interface, as using the XFinity Remote is much too cumbersome.  In order for you to become proficient with the use of the website, I generally assign an account before you move in.  In addition, if you need to watch a special sport or other event on Pay-Per-View, I will order it for you (for reimbursement).

Olympia is a relaxed college town with ample access to the great outdoors and where something is always going on.

Incorporated January 29, 1859, Olympia has a rich history of settlers, various Indian tribes, Indian wars, establishment of the Washington State legislature, discovery of the artisian wells and great tasting water (thus, the slogan of I'ts the water for the Olympia Brewing Company), and much more.  

Located at the South end of Puget Sound on Budd Inlet, Olympia has a total of 18.5 square miles, of which nearly 10 percent is water.

It would be easy to describe Olympia as a land of parks, as the unique topographical make-up has provided opportunity for many parks.

Olympia's main school district is the Olympia School District, which consists of 11 elementary schools, 4 middle schools and 3 high schools.  Olympia is also known for it's number of institutes of higher learning which draw students in from all over the world.

Olympia is also known for it's fine arts, galleries and theaters.

The climate in Olympia is best described as Marine West Coast climate, consisting of cold moist air, which brings cold rain, cloudiness and fog, and some flooding.  The average rainfall is 50 inches per year with only 25% sunny days.  The song "The Bluest Skies in Seattle" are true in Olympia as well.  The air is fresh, and when the sun peaks through the clouds, we all run out to play.  They say you can tell a north-westerner because when it rains, they don't bother with an umbrella.  That would describe me.
