The TV service offered in all of my homes is Xfinity Preferred stacked on top of Basic and Premium and Sports channels.  I have listed those that I believe are most important to you.  Once you have signed up to rent one of my homes, I will create an account (or more if needed) that will allow you to control your TV/s from the Xfinity website, program your DVR from the Xfinity website and watch shows and movies on your laptop.  It is through this interface that you will become familiar with the large quantity of media that is available to you.  I feel that it is most important that you are able to use this interface, as using the XFinity Remote is much too cumbersome.  In order for you to become proficient with the use of the website, I generally assign an account before you move in.  In addition, if you need to watch a special sport or other event on Pay-Per-View, I will order it for you (for reimbursement).

Apartment Location

This home is in the Indian Creek area of East Olympia with easy walks to parks and trails.  It is close to town, but feels very much in the country.  

The address is 2103 Beacon Ave SE, Olympia, WA, and is two miles from State Capitol Campus on 1/4 acre corner fenced lot in a very quiet, family centered neighborhood.  During your stay, you may be invited to neighborhood barbecues, dances and other wholesome fun events.
